Friends and Family is a relatively new survey service we are using in hand with our Appointment reminder texting service. After you have attended your appointment you will recieve a text message for this service asking you to rate your appointment out of 5, it will also ask you to text back any feedback or comments regarding the care you have just recieved. We would really appriciate any comments or feedback you do have so remember to reply! Your voice as the Patient is important to us and we value all you have to say.
