We understand that telephoning the surgery can be sometimes inconvenient. Are you aware that you can log in to the NHS app and complete an online consultation?
This service will take you through various questions and will let you send in any queries or any non-urgent health concerns/conditions. This will then go onto your medical record and the relevant person in the surgery will deal with your e-consultation.
Depending on your problem, contact will be made with you either by the admin team or by a clinician within 2 working days.
You are able to use this service on weekends, but please be aware that you will not get a response until the following week.
